Ad Hoc

This service enables you to communicate via e-mail with Polish contacts, without a need to subscribe for the service and without any obligations. You pay only for the translation of the e-mail you send or receive. If the addressee answers to your e-mail in Polish, just use our service again by copying the Polish e-mail content into the appropriate box.

Simply fill in the online form with the content and contact details. The automated system will count the number of words and calculate the price. You will be asked to make an on-line payment with your credit or debit card or via PayPal, before your order is accepted.

We will translate your e-mail into Polish and send it to your e-mail address. Then you can send it to anyone you want. We reserve an hour for translating a 100 word e-mail, but usually you receive your translation in a couple of minutes!

Once you received a reply from your Polish contact, you can translate it into English, just by following the steps described above.

Price: £0.08 per word plus £1 per e-mail


If you require an invoice, we will e-mail it to you by the end of the calendar month. When filling in the on-line form please tick the appropriate box and provide us with all the necessary billing details. You do it only once. The monthly invoice will incorporate all the jobs done in a particular month.
