If time is your concern, you do not want to wait for the reply of the Polish addressee or you just need to quickly deliver a message, this service is the right solution.

How it works

  • Fill in the on-line form, providing us with all the necessary contact details. If you do not have the addressee's telephone number, do not worry, we will find it for you, provided you give us the company name, address and contact name.
  • We read your e-mail, call the selected Polish company, institution or individual person and convey your e-mail's content.
  • We note the answer.
  • We translate the answer into English and e-mail it to you.

If the addressee does not reply or cannot give the answer straight away, we will notify you and keep in touch with the Polish contact until the desired outcome is reached. We will also give your detail to the addressee, so the Polish company can contact you anytime, if they only feel English literate enough.

Price: £5 per e-mail up to 50 words (including translation of the answer)

If you require an invoice, we will e-mail it to you by the end of the calendar month. When filling in the on-line form please tick the appropriate box and provide us with all the necessary billing details. You do it only once. The monthly invoice will incorporate all the jobs done in a particular month.
