Interpreting Service you can contact anyone who speaks Polish, just by calling our premium rate number.
You can use our service, no matter if the person you wish to communicate with is based in the UK, Poland or
anywhere in the world. The only condition is the target telephone number must be a landline (including national
and non-geographic numbers) or a mobile. We do not impose any extra charges for calling mobiles or international
destinations.

Dialling the numbers above adds the payment to your phone bill. Please seek the permission of the person
who pays the phone bill before dialling one of the numbers above.
Notice: Depending on a fixed or a mobile network operator you are using, there may be supplementary
charges levied on connection to a premium rate number. For further details please contact your operator.
Please do not call our premium rate number out of the operating hours as you will only hear a message stating
the opening hours. You will have to pay for this connection as for the regular service. If you want to arrange
a conference call assisted by our interpreter out of the service opening hours, please contact our office.
How it works:
If you want to communicate with a Polish speaking person through a telephone:
- Dial our premium rate number.
- If all our interpreters are busy, you will hear an "engaged tone" and you will not be charged for the connection.
- Before a first available interpreter answers your call you will hear a short message informing you about the charge per minute.
- You will get through directly to a Polish interpreter.
- Give the interpreter the telephone number you wish to call.
- Our interpreter will dial the destination number and establish a three-way conference call (there are no extra charges for the connection to the number you specified, no matter if it is a landline, mobile or international destination).
- Before the call you may wish to explain the purpose of your call to the interpreter.
- The interpreter will ask your name in order to introduce you. (Of course you can remain anonymous).
- Once the target number is reached, our interpreter will translate the whole conversation sentence by sentence.
- After the conversation is over just hang up.
If you want our telephone interpreter to assist you in a one-to-one direct conversation:
- Dial our premium rate number.
- If all our interpreters are busy, you will hear an "engaged tone" and you will not be charged for the connection.
- Before a first available interpreter answers your call you will hear a short message informing you about the charge per minute.
- You will get through directly to a Polish interpreter.
- Once the call has been answered tell our interpreter you are engaged in a direct conversation.
- Describe the background and purpose of the conversation, who is the person you are talking to, what are you aiming to achieve, what information you wish to get from your conversation partner.
- Hand the handset or a mobile phone over to the person you talk with. Our interpreter will translate everything you said into Polish, listen to the answer and translate it back into English.
- If your mobile phone or a handset can operate in a "loudspeaker" mode, please turn it on and leave the device between you and your partner. This will enable the interpreter a faster and more effective performance.
- After the conversation is over just hang up

Conditions of use of Our service
- You are charged per every second of the call duration, you can hang up at any time.
- Our interpreters are confidential and impartial. We will not disclose the content of the conversation to anyone and at no account. The interpreter remains impartial, which means he/she will make no judgements nor will give any advice or opinion to any party of the conversation.
- If for any reason it is impossible to reach the person you wish to speak to (the line is busy, there is no reply or the number you gave is incorrect) you can either wait on the line and let our interpreter keep on trying to get through (you still get charged for the call) or hang up and call us at other time.
- Please try not to speak more than two sentences at a time. Keep your speech short and up to merit to allow our interpreter the most effective performance.
- Speak clearly and use a natural tone of voice.
- Please do not use explicit vocabulary.
- Please do not use jargon or colloquial expressions as they may not be translated properly.
Refund Policy
If the service you received was not of the adequate quality, we will refund the cost of the connection to our
premium rate number.
We will refund the gross cost of the connection (including VAT) if at least one of the conditions listed below
has been met.
- The interpreter could not properly translate the content of the conversation.
- The connection was broken due to our fault.
- The quality of the connection between the interpreter and the target person did not enable a fluent conversation.
If you feel the service your received was of a poor quality, please notify our interpreter during the
call or call us on 08450048831 (charged at a local rate) for further arrangements.
Please bear in mind our Refund Policy does not provide for a refund if you did not get through because the
destination number was busy, there was no reply or the number you gave was incorrect.
