Prices and Payment
All prices are excluding VAT. 15% of VAT is added on the top of the price.

Proof-reading of all the translations is included in the price!!!
Our pricing principals:
- We do not round up the number of words, you pay for the exact number of words in the document, no matter how short.
- There is no minimum charge for the document translation (except for the certified translations).
- Whatever the topic of your project, you can still pay just for a general translation if we find your document easy to translate
- You never pay twice for the translation of the same content. (If some paragraphs in your project are repeating, we will charge you for their translation only once).
- There are no hidden costs. The quotation you receive is firm and no extra fees are added.
- All the prices are calculated on the basis of the number of words in the source document.
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank Remittance (preferred method of payment)
- Credit / Debit Card We never have access to the credit/debit card details as we use an agent (Nochex) to handle all credit/debit card payments.
- PayPal
Payment terms:
- New clients - we require an upfront payment of 1/2 of the price, the rest is payable upon completion of work, no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
- Established client - payment upon completion of work, no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 (as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulation 2002) and levy on the customer any costs of the debt collection.
Cancellation policy:
- If you decide to cancel your pending order, we will charge you accordingly to the progress of the project.
- We reserve the right not to refund the amount paid in advance, if a new client decides to cancel the order.
