Quality standards:

• We use only experienced Polish translators, who translate into their mother tongue.
• Proof-reading (performed by a separate experienced translator) is a standard feature of all our document and website translations.
• The final translation is thoroughly checked for its accuracy and coherence as well as linguistic and cultural appropriateness.
• The complete document is checked for its layout and other technical aspects.
• We work on the projects with ongoing consultations with our clients, in order to deliver the product that best satisfies our clients' specific needs.
• We are open to criticism. If you believe you received a faulty translation, or the project is not what you were aiming for, we will correct it accordingly to your directions, promptly and at no extra cost. We believe the customer is always right!

Confidentiality:

• We are registered and act in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
• We treat all our customers' documents as highly confidential.
• We sign a non-disclosure agreement with all our translators.
• We sign a non-disclosure agreement with our client on request.
