Telephone Reference Check

Reference check carried out by a telephone is the quickest way of confirming references. At a reasonable rate, you can have your applicants' references checked - even on the same day!

We will contact the specified Polish organisation (company, school or an individual person) and get all the necessary information. Once completed, we will deliver you the results. Depending on your requirements we will fill in a reference form which will be posted or e-mailed to you or notify you of the results via e-mail or by a telephone. We use our standard reference form. On request, we can use one of yours. Just e-mail or fax it to us.

How it works

You can provide us with the details that need verification in multiple ways:

• Download the appropriate Reference Check Form, fill it in and e-mail or fax it to us.
• Post the filled in Reference Check Form to our office.
• E-mail us all the details of the applicant and the reference person.
• Simply call us.

What we do:

• We make sure the specified employer actually exists and its profile matches the one stated in the reference.
• We call the contact name and verify the references.
• If the person given as a referee is not available, we try to obtain a verification from other members of the target company's staff.
• We make five attempts to contact each target person.
• All the completed Reference Check Form are signed by a person directly responsible for a reference check. We take the whole responsibility for a verification process.
• The Reference Check Forms are faxed or scanned and e-mailed to you. You will be posted an original form on request (at no extra charge).

Payment:

Depending on the volume of orders, payment can be done each month within 30 days from the invoice date or at the completion of each order.

Price: £7.50 per target (employer, school, individual person, etc.)
£5 per target If we find it impossible to get in touch with a contact person (standard service includes 5 attempts)

Time of completion of each reference check depends largely on the referee's availability, however all the jobs are handled promptly and the usual timeframe of delivery is 24 hours.
