Written Reference Check

If your policy does not allow for a telephone reference check, or you just do not find it reliable enough, we will help you to obtain a written verification for your Polish applicants.
To avoid any misunderstanding we post only Polish reference check forms to the Polish employers. Once we receive it back, we translate it into English and send it to you.

Most common types of reference check include:

• Employment reference check - We contact a given person from a particular company or search for an accountable member of the staff who could verify the references.
• Educational reference check (the most difficult to obtain) - We contact a given school, university or any other educational institution and find a person accountable for confirming the references, before posting a reference form.
• Character reference check - We contact former employers, co-workers, tutors, teachers or any other individuals pointed by your candidate.

How it works

You can provide us with the details that need verification in multiple ways:

• Download the appropriate Reference Check Form, fill it in and e-mail or fax it to us.
• Post the filled in Reference Check Form to our office.
• E-mail us all the details of the applicant and the reference person.
• Simply call us.

What we do:

• We make sure the specified employer actually exists and its profile matches the one stated in the reference.
• We call the contact person to ask for a written reference verification and arrange for a prompt feedback.
• If the person pointed for a referee is not available, we try to obtain a verification from other members of the target company's staff.
• We post, e-mail or fax the Polish version of a Written Reference Check Form to the target.
• The former employer or educational body representatives sign all the completed Reference Check Forms.
• The original Reference Check Form is returned by mail.
• We translate the Reference Check Form into English.
• The Reference Check Forms are faxed or scanned and e-mailed to you. We will post the hard copy of the Reference Check Form as well. (You receive both, Polish original and English translation of the Written Reference Check Form).
• On request, we will provide for a certified translation of the Written Reference Check Form.

Payment:

Depending on the volume of orders, payment can be done each month within 30 days from the invoice date or at the completion of each order.

Please note the Written Reference Check takes longer than the telephone option, due to the necessity of using the postal service and the need of waiting for the referee's response.
